LifeTech Staffing was founded on a partnership over a decade in the making.

In 2009, our Co-Founders, Donald and Tiahti, met in Madison, WI, quickly forming a friendship that would shape their futures. Just a year later, fate brought them to the same large staffing firm, where they briefly worked together before taking different paths. Donald left to launch a series of successful companies across multiple industries, while Tiahti remained in recruiting, ultimately specializing in Life Sciences in 2012.

Over the next decade, Tiahti became a top recruiter, leading teams responsible for delivery on nine figures in annual client volume. Meanwhile, Donald continued building businesses, always keeping an eye on opportunities to collaborate.

After years of persuasion, Donald finally convinced Tiahti to step into entrepreneurship, and together they launched LifeTech Staffing—combining Tiahti’s deep industry expertise with Donald’s proven business acumen to build a firm dedicated to delivering top talent in the Life Sciences sector.
