In 2009, our co-founders Donald and Tiahti met in Madison, WI, quickly forming a friendship that would shape their futures. A year later, fate brought them to the same large staffing firm — briefly, before taking different paths.
Donald left to launch a series of successful companies across multiple industries. Tiahti remained in recruiting, ultimately specializing in Life Sciences in 2012 and becoming a top recruiter leading teams responsible for nine figures in annual client volume.
After years of persuasion, Donald finally convinced Tiahti to step into entrepreneurship. Together they launched LifeTech Staffing — combining Tiahti's industry expertise with Donald's business acumen to build a firm dedicated to top talent in Life Sciences and Tech.
